Water Lilies in France
Several years ago while touring in France, one of my very best days was spent in Giverny at Monet's home and gardens where so many of his magnificent paintings were made. I love water lilies, so abundant in Monet's garden. I was drawn to the indigo water with the sky's reflection which was in stark contrast to the delicate green of the plants. This is a detail from a larger painting. I hope you like it. Also available as an original oil painting.
